The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board is committed to hiring and retaining energetic, positive and skilled teachers who can make a difference in serving the educational needs of our Catholic school system and ultimately, our students.

Certified and/or new teacher graduates wishing to apply to the Â鶹´«Ã½ are asked to visit the Apply to Education website to complete an online teacher application. In order to be considered for a position please ensure that the documents listed below are uploaded to Apply to Education as part of your application package:

  • Application
  • Resume/Cover Letter
  • Catholic Pastoral Reference from your Catholic Priest (dated within the year)
  • Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Practice Teaching Reports (new teachers)
  • Evaluations (experienced teachers)
  • Transcripts


Continuing Education - Adult Education

In order to be considered for a position please ensure that the documents listed below are uploaded to Apply to Education as part of your application package:  

  • Night/Summer School
    • Application
    • Resume/Cover Letter
    • OCT 


International Languages

The Adult and Continuing Education Department offers classes for elementary and secondary students in 27 languages on Saturdays through the school year. See more at: International Languages.
